Most Gutter Cleans with no Downspout complications other than small clogs are $200 for a standard home of one or two stories that are accessible from one roof access point. The price goes up from there the more complex the job gets. If we have to bring a 32-40 foot Fiberglass Ladder for the job we charge between $250-$300 Per job. These are two person ladders which is the reason for the added cost. They are very heavy and cannot be setup and moved with one person alone. Most homes are $200 which includes removal of all material in gutters ie. Leaves, Pine Needles, Sticks, Shingle Sand (if left causes gutters to rust, which leads to holes and more costly repairs down the line) We use water during Spring, Summer, and Fall to flush them out. We will take any downspout going into the ground all the way down to remove any clogs and put them back up when we are done as to not push any material into underground drains of any kind. We clean using blowers, shop vac, window cleaner and treat any mold/mildew. We get rid of all spiders, webs, leaves, trash etc. We wipe down the inside panel of the window well with disinfecting solution. We can also provide pest/spider repellant upon request.
